Application for Enrolment
The Australian College of Business and Accounting (ACOBA) is focused on ensuring student success and maintaining the integrity of the VET sector. ACOBA ensures that all relevant information is available via its website www.ancoa.com.au or otherwise upon request to allow applicants to make informed decisions on whether to apply to study with ACOBA.
By submitting an online application for enrolment form and paying the required amount the applicant acknowledges that they are submitting an application for enrolment. The ACOBA Support Team will assess the suitability of the course applied for in relation to the students career goals, education history and past and current work experience and any other information provided to it by the applicant.
Minimum Entry Requirements for Applicants
- Provide a USI
- be over 18
- be able to provide a current working with children check, blue card or other form of criminal history check
ACOBA is under no obligation to accept an application for enrolment and may, at entirely its own discretion, refuse an application for enrolment based on information provided to is by the applicant or any other person. An applicant may appeal a decision to refuse an application for enrolment. The appeal shall be governed by ACOBA’s Complaints and Appeals Policy which is available upon request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and also on our website.
ACOBA is under no obligation to provide any reasons to the applicant or any other person for its decision to refuse an application for enrolment, however may notify any relevant authorities of its reasons to refuse an application for enrolment. A student who has their application for enrolment refused will be provided with a full refund of any fees paid. If, after having an application for enrolment refused, that person submits an application for enrolment and pays the required amount, no refund will be offered.
